TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Prep & Gather through PrepGather.com. Prep & Gather is operated by SHARONDA 94SB QIVOLENT LLC.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected product or order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation means we received the order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or quantity limitations.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate titles, descriptions, materials, dimensions, care information, images, and prices.

Colors may vary because of screen settings and lighting. Natural materials such as bamboo or wood may have variations in tone, grain, and appearance. Product measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

PRICING

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice but generally do not affect an accepted order.

Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected. If an error affects your order, we may contact you for approval or cancel and refund the order.

PAYMENT

Available methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers:

  • Apply only during the stated promotional period;

  • May be subject to product or order restrictions;

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated; and

  • May be withdrawn or corrected where permitted by law.

SHIPPING

We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders.

RISK OF LOSS

Responsibility for a shipment transfers as provided by applicable law. If a package is lost or damaged during transportation, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days. The payment provider may require additional posting time.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Shipped orders must be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information;

  • Reviewing product measurements and specifications before purchase;

  • Following product instructions and care requirements; and

  • Using products only for their intended purpose.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

To the maximum extent allowed by law, remedies relating to a product purchase are limited to repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy described in our policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory rights available to consumers in their state of residence.
